TV APPEARANCE: David Tennant To Appear On The Late Show With Stephen Colbert



David Tennant will be making a guest appearance next week in the USA on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert. CBS have announced that he will appear on the late night talk show along with fellow actor Robert Pattinson and comedian and actress Niecy Nash on Wednesday 9th August.

David will be talking about the launch of Disney's all-new Ducktales, the reboot of the classic animated show in which he voices Scrooge McDuck. The series premieres on Saturday 12th August at midnight anywhere Disney XD shows across the USA and Canada with a one hour special called 'Ducktales: Woo-oo!'. The episode will run on a continuous loop for 24 hours. New episodes will then follow from September 23rd, marking the 30th anniversary of the original show. DuckTales also stars Danny Pudi, Ben Schwartz, Bobby Moynihan, Toks Olagundoye, Kate Micucci and Beck Bennett. 

David last paid a visit to Stephen last year while he was in New York performing Richard II at the Brooklyn Academy of Music.
