MARVEL'S JESSICA JONES: Krysten Ritter & Carrie-Anne Moss To Attend Comic Con Paris

French fans anticipating the arrival on Netflix next month of Marvel's Jessica Jones may be interested to know  that two of the stars of the show will be making an appearance at Comic Con Paris this week. Convention organisers have announced the appearance this morning via their Facebook page.

Krysten Ritter (Jessica Jones) and Carrie-Anne Moss (Jeryn Hogarth) will be attending the event at Grande Halle de la Villette this Friday and Saturday, 23rd - 24th October. On Friday they will take part in a panel from 17.00-18.30 in the Grande Salle Melty. Then on Saturday morning they will be signing autographs from 10.30-11.00.

More information will soon be made available to attendees on the Comic Con Paris website

In Jessica Jones, the second of Marvel's planned Defenders miniseries, Krysten Ritter plays the eponymous Jones, a former superhero forced into retirement after a horrifying experience leaves her traumatised. Now running a private detective agency, she is trying to earn just enough to pay the rent and her bar bill and attempting to move on with her life. However, a new case re-introduces a dark and disturbing figure from her past back into her life. David Tennant co-stars as Kilgrave, a depraved individual with the power of mind control. Mike Colter plays Luke Cage, soon to be the subject of his own miniseries, Rachael Hunter is Trish Walker and Carrie-Anne Moss as devious lawyer Hogarth. Although dwelling in the same universe as the Avengers and Daredevil, Jessica Jones is an altogether darker character and the show will contain some gritty and distinctly adult themes making it unlike anything the company has produced before.

Marvel's Jessica Jones launches exclusively on Netflix on Friday 20th November.
