The Society's website says:

Actress Ruta Gedmintas, best known for her roles in BBC dramas Spooks, Lip Service and The Borgias, is helping fundraise in the fight against dementia by donating a selection of star memorabilia.
The various items include those signed by her, her many TV co-stars, Coldplay's Chris Martin and actor David Tennant.
The vast collection of personal signed items and props from the world of music and television are being auctioned on eBay as well as two 'money can't buy' backstage visits. These include an exclusive trip to the top secret set of Da Vinci's Demons, the new BBC Worldwide series from David S. Goyer (writer of Batman Begins and The Dark Knight Rises) and tickets to the sold-out production of The Curious Incident of The Dog in the Night-time at London's National Theatre with a chance to meet the cast.
Coldplay's frontman Chris Martin was delighted to help such a good cause. He said:
'Alzheimer's is a cause close to our hearts, and were thrilled to be part of this wonderful charity'

Ruta, who coordinated the gathering of the 'as seen on tv' collection, said:

'My family and some of my dearest friends have been affected by dementia. Originally I had just a few props and signed scripts from some of the shows I'd been in, but once I started asking my co-stars and friends in the business,  it seemed that everyone wanted to chip in! It would just be so great if we could raise a significant amount to help other families affected by dementia.'
All proceeds being donated to Alzheimer's Society. Potential bidders should visit the eBay auction pages which are linked to below;
